Scott was great. I called to arrange transport on Tuesday and the car was picked up Thursday. He assigned my shipment to Dominick with DJ's Transport. Dominick went above and beyond to get a difficult job done. The car I shipped belonged to a family member who had passed away in LA and was in the possession of another relative who was difficult to work with. To top it off, the car needed a battery and I was going to call AAA to have one installed. When I told Dominick of my situation, he offered to buy a battery and put it in when he picked up the car! His communication was great, calling when he arrived, verified the car had no damage, then called again when he had the battery installed and the car loaded- even confirming he obtained both sets of keys from the difficult contact person! Then he had to drive through a terrible snow storm which had caused road closures and he still brought the car to my door in record time. I was nervous about hiring a transport company, but everything unfolded as promised thanks to Dominick.
