If you've ever moved across the country (or plan to) you know how daunting the experience can be- particularly when it comes to car transportation. I was very nervous about shipping my car for a multitude of reasons (from damage, to pricing, etc). I really appreciated that Ship a Car Direct offered insurance on your vehicle (which is not common for most other auto transport agencies).

I was assigned Rapid Auto Group LLC as my transport agency and they were absolutely the best. Very professional, very fast, very reliable. At one point there was a discrepancy between the broker (Ship a Car Direct) and my carrier (Rapid Auto Group), and my carrier immediately helped me solve the issue. My car was picked up exactly when I wanted it to be, delivered sooner than anticipated, and had no damage or stolen items. Honestly, I expected the car to at least be dirty when I received it since I had it transported via open carrier, but it was basically spotless!

I am very happy with my carrier's professionalism and reliability, and will definitely use them again in the future. Ship a Car Direct was also wonderful with only a couple of minuscule customer service issues (representative did not pick up the phone on several occasions, told me an incorrect pick-up date), but all of them were easily solved, and were truly not much of an issue at all.

All in all, I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and Rapid Auto Group! Definitely worth the price for the peace of mind that your car is insured and in reliable hands!
