Zero complaints. The entire experience was extremely easy from start to finish. Completed my shipping request online and received a quote within 1 day. After researching other companies, I decided to use Ship a Car Direct due to the many favorable reviews. Price was roughly equivalent to other quotes I received. Arranged the pick-up online and 1 day later, I got an email from Matt that a shipping carrier had been assigned the move. 2 days later, the car was on the truck. I called Ship a Car 3 days later to check on the status. They contacted the driver directly and let me know to expect the car the next day. Sure enough, the next evening, I received a call directly from the driver to let me know that he would arrive within a hour. We decided that the truck was too large for my cul-de-sac, so I met the driver in a Target parking lot very close to my home. The truck arrived, the driver unloaded, I checked the car over and gave him a cashier's check. Total transaction time was less than 10 minutes. Honestly, all moving experiences should be this easy.
