First off, the excellent stuff: I guess I'm in a good location or got lucky because the transport was booked the day after I ordered service for pickup later that same day and delivered the following day to my destination (~700 miles). I'm very happy with the pickup and delivery.

The reason I had to ding this review a star is because of the one business practice relating to this review. They asked if I was happy with the service before they provided me the review link, and I suspect that if I said "no" they might drag their feet or "forget" to send it to me. That wasn't the case - I'm certainly happy with the service provided - but it leaves me a little suspect on the diversity of the reviews.

At any rate the important bit is this: If I had to ship another car, I'd contact Kosta again.
