I was at the point of giving up and crawling back to a quote I had received early in the process, which happened to be higher and less personable, but Eric came through. The transporter (Joseph) with Two Vets And A Truck was extremely personable, professional and reassuring- I did have some reservations because of the snow and reviews I read about other companies. Joseph made it through the snow storm and below freezing temps to pick up my car. I had to make special arrangements for delivery and he did so without hesitation - for that I am extremely GRATEFUL! He also stayed in contact with my number and an alternate contact number, since I was traveling by airplane to my destination. I would do it again and use Ship-A-Car-Direct as well as tell friends, family and co-workers.
