Not great customer service on front end, car delivered on time.

Not great service on the front end. Had a hard time getting a date secured. Most of the emails I was getting seemed like automated emails. Eventually I got the date but it ended up getting changed two or right before it got picked up which interfered with my work schedule. The car arrived one day after the expected delivery date which wasnt an issue. The tool kit above the spare tire in the back was open which it wasnt when I dropped the car off but I didnt take pictures of it before so I cant know if anything was taken.
