This is the second time i ship with Ship A Car Direct. I chose them the first time after much research and because of the reviews. I chose them this time because of the great experience I had with them the first time. I also got other quotes, while they were not the cheapest, they were competitive an it was important to me to have the reliability. I like the email communication and was able to conduct the entire transaction online. I had requested a somewhat expedited transport over Christmas. They kept updating me while trying to locate carrier. Once they assigned one, the pick and delivery dates were accurate (as a matter of fact the car came in a day earlier). Driver communicated and responded via text. It was a very smooth transaction on both ends.
