When I contacted this service, I was very impressed by the person I "met" on the phone. He was super friendly, efficient, made the arrangements very easy to do from a distance. My only complaints: the driver, Leo, was not very friendly—he was impatient and surly. Also, the actual fee ended up being about $250 more than was estimated. Still, I got the vehicle on time and during a very snowy/icy time between LA and Portland, OR. Overall, I am very satisfied.
