Pickup in Florida went OK. Delivery was fine too. My concerns are about the time the car was in transit. I called the company on Wednesday to find out the arrival date since I had not heard from them and needed to arrange to take off from work. The people who answered said they couldn't tell me the date because it depended on how fast the driver was driving. They gave me the driver's cell number. He was helpful and told me that it would arrive today, but still could not tell me when the arrival window was. Yesterday, I called the company again since I was on my way to the bank and did not have the company's name with me to get the cashier's check. Nobody at the office could answer my question about who to make the check out to. I then called the driver again, who told me that he would take a personal check and what our arrival window was. He came within the window and now we have the car. I think their office staff needs to learn about the company so they can better answer questions.

Our apologies that our customer service representative was not able to provide you with the information you need in a timely manner. There are just some carriers that require a different/specific name to make the check out to. This information is not readily available to them, but Angela could've provided you with the information.
