I researched online various companies to transport my car from So Cal to Atlanta over Christmas break. ShipACarDirect had good reviews and when I talk to them prior to ordering they were very professional, knowledgeable and seemed legit and trustworthy. I place my order with specific dates ranges that would work for me. As advertised, I was not billed until I was assigned a carrier. The car was picked up on my preferred date. The pickup went smoothly and quickly. They took pictures to ensure no confusion should a claim be made on the receiving end. In Atlanta, the driver called a day ahead of time to coordinate the pickup, which took place about 1/2 mile from the house (due to access issues). Delivery went smooth as well.

While car was in transit, I wanted to contact the carrier to get an estimated arrival date. I was on vacation and forgot the paperwork. I contacted their online chat support which responded immediately and provided all my shipment details. Their support was always responsive to calls, chat and emails.

My bid range was $650-$850. The final cost was, $850. This came on the day before I had to have the car shipped so I felt I had no choice but to accept it. And this is my only complaint about the entire process. I spoke to the company about this and feel they tried to keep the cost down but in the end, your at the mercy of a carrier who will take it. I suppose the timing limited my options.

Everyone I worked with there was knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use them again.
