Bruce and his team at 'ship a car direct' were top notch! They maybe slightly more than other transport agents- but you definitely get what you pay for and I got top service! Daily emails, 24 hour telephone numbers, quick response when I emailed him- I did not feel alone. My service was late due to snow this time of the year- December/January. The transport company was also very good, selected by a pool of reputable companies by Ship-A-Car-Direct. The driver and the agent from the transport company were in touch with me all the time!
