Overall service was great and the cost reasonable. Scott was very helpful. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars was due to delay in getting car picked up which was a week after target pickup date. This was due to original carrier cancelling, however Scott was able to get another carrier who was excellent. I would highly recommend the service.
