Purchased a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque from a Naples, Florida dealership on 9 Dec 16 and had it picked up on 14 Dec 16 and delivered to my home in Fayetteville, North Carolina the next day. I went with an enclosed transport and thought it would take longer for delivery however it did not. Delivery was actually earlier than expected the next day after pick-up. Because of the early delivery I had to arrange for my son to inspect and sign for the vehicle as I'm currently traveling abroad. Everything went smooth from pick-up from the dealership and the Evoque being delivered by S3 Auto Transport to my home and driven into the driveway upon being off loaded. No damages whatsoever were noted upon arrival. I was somewhat skeptical when the trucking companies switched, but later found out the dealership informed the initial trucking company the vehicle wasn't ready yet. By the time I contacted the dealer to ascertain what was the hold up Angela from ShipACarDirect already had another trucking company lined up. I highly recommend using this process to move vehicles. I had a bad experience with another company in November with picking up my BMW M4 from the port of Baltimore, MD, I got nothing but excuses on why the drivers couldn't pick up my car, in the end I drove to Baltimore myself to retrieve my car. You can't go wrong with this service, I'm a happy camper!!!
