I was a little apprehensive to try this approach as so many friends had warned me of the dangers of getting your car transported. My move was from Orlando to California and the driver (Manny) of Proline Express LLC kept me in the loop with time expectations and when he would arrive with the vehicle. I have a Lexus IS250Fsport so of course I was concerned with the vehicle getting damaged during transport. Mr. Manny took care of my car and was able to notate upon pickup that my car had NO visible damage. He did also explain that the car may get a little dirty due to dust and debris flying around inside the trailer. When the vehicle arrived in California the odometer was the same (indicating the car had not been tampered with or moved) and my car was still pretty much washed and waxed as I had brought it in. There was just a tiny scuff mark on the back right bumper (maybe from bumping/rubbing against something) which I noticed because my car is all white. However understanding everything which CAN happen to your car I didn't bother to bring it up because in all honesty it can be buffed out because its so small. But I will say that I was impressed and drove away happy knowing my car had made it with just a "knick". Mr. Manny only dealt with other higher end cars (Corvettes, Jaguars and Bentley) so I felt taken care of and that I had lucked up with someone who didn't have malicious intentions. All in all its always a nerve racking experience when you have to trust someone with your possessions but I can say that the energy exuded from Mr. Manny kept me calm and I was relieved when everything had been completed. Very good service overall especially with this being the first experience for me.
