My BMW was dispatched with Safe Auto Transport by Scott. Scott was very patient with my questions. The driver was very courteous and contacted me 30 mins prior to pick up time within the pre-arranged window. I did have to meet at a parking lot 5-10 min drive from my house since I stay in a very dense area that trucks have difficulty navigating, but the carrier told me ahead of time so it was fine. I paid a booking fee upfront when my carrier was assigned, and the remainder in cashier's cheque to the driver upon receipt of the car. Although I am given a $30 rebate to write this review, I am doing my best to represent the experience factually. I would go with them again if I had to ship my car again.
