Only one problem

The carrier was on time for pickup, but there was some confusion about delivery. The driver didn't contact the people at the other end to let them know roughly when the car would arrive. Based on our best guess, the car arrived one day earlier than we expected, and nobody was home to accept delivery. This caused a lot of problems and could have been avoided just by communicating with the customer.
