We were moving across country and needed to ship a car. I choose Ship a Car Direct based on reviews and website details. My customer service representative was friendly and professional. The driver was very nice and delivered my car on time. There were a few oil drips from an older car above my car on the carrier, however those cleaned up fairly well and the driver apologized and worked hard to clean the spots. I would use ship a car direct again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a car. This was a crazy process and I have heard some horror stories regarding damage to vehicles so I was very happy when we had a positive experience.
