I was extremely nervous about shipping my vehicle. The company did not provide me with any paperwork when they took the car and I was filled with anxiety about it- however, they delivered my car on the day they said they would. It was filthy, but since it was an open-air carrier, it was to be expected. I think that if they provided paperwork to their customers, it would help to ease some of the worry.
