Overall, an easier scheduling process than we imagined. Scott was responsive and helpful in coordinating with a carrier. Quote was reasonable.
Only issue we had was coordinating directly with the actual delivery driver. We were told he'd be picking up our vehicle on Sunday afternoon. We didn't hear from him until about 8 or 9pm Sunday night, and he told us he was still more than 4 hours away from our house at that point. We had to juggle our Monday morning schedules around with very little notice so we could meet him.
This driver gave us a window of when he expected to drop off the car (think he said 3-5 days depending on whether or not he had to do anymore pick-ups on his way to TX). We didn't hear from him at all until 3 days later, when he was an hour away. It was the middle of a work day, so again a bit of last second juggling to be able to meet him. He was a nice guy, but could have been more proactive in reaching out to us for both pick up and delivery.
Finally, our car was shipped in an enclosed carrier and was surprisingly dirty considering this. Beyond that, no issues/ damage whatsoever.
