Easy to work with and good follow through. Website provides great information regarding the process, and customer service was responsive. After waiting some time to hear from carrier, had to contact carrier in order to confirm pick up date. Carrier also did not respond to initial text to confirm drop off, and car arrived dirty due to a fluid leak from another car being transported or from the carrier's vehicle.
