On Wednesday I called to schedule a Friday pickup. They didn't find a carrier until Monday, so actual pickup was on Tuesday. Car was supposed to arrive at destination (1500 miles) 2 days later on Thursday, but it turned out to be the following Monday. Driver was in contact with status updates. Car arrived dirty, but undamaged. I recommend that you make plans at least 1 week in advance, and expect it may take up to 2 weeks for car to be delivered. Overall I had a good experience and would use this service again.
