Better communication.

Everything was good except for the communication between Ship-A-Car and the carrier and the carrier and myself. The estimated delivery days I got from Ship-A-Car were never correct. The carrier had a common breakdown, which is why I'm not upset about the late arrival date. What bothered me a bit was that I would clear my schedule to be at the house on a day and never receive a call saying he wouldn't be able to make it. I would finally call in the afternoon to find out that it wasn't going to happen that day. Just a bit frustrating is all.

Aside from that, car arrived in the condition I expected and the carrier was careful when unloading. Had he not broken down, I don't think any of my issues with communication would have popped up and I probably would be giving a 5 star review.
