Ship a Car Direct was very helpful in getting our car from Florida to Utah. They kept in touch with e-mail and phone and the carrier was always willing to provide information concerning where the car was! We were told it could take up to 10 days, and that was true for our situation. The carrier did leave grease spots all over the interior of the car so that was disappointing. Overall happy with our experience in getting the car to us on time!
