Customer Service was great, but....

Angela at Ship a Car Direct was so friendly, easy to get in contact with, and answered my many questions. My reasoning for three stars was the carrier/driver themselves not the customer service department. I must note that Montana may be a difficult route to get a driver assigned right away. So that's forgiven. However, when communication shifted from Angela to the drivers, the drivers spoke very broken English, and for one, did not show at the specified pick up meeting location. Luckily, my stepdad spotted the car carrier at the other truck stop and went there. Then when it came to delivering it to me, that driver's ability to speak English was next to nothing. We thought we had to meet him at Walmart, he wasn't there. We called him several times and when he finally answered he said we had the wrong number. So at this point I was freaking out. So, I tried him again, this time he talked to me, and we said we were at the Walmart and he said "no, no, Walmart, I'm at your house in the driveway" So, obviously there was a miscommunication. We still can't figure out how he got there without going passed him on going to Walmart. But anyway, we rushed home, he stayed put. So my negative stars come from that they should have carriers, that are more fluent so something like this wouldn't have happened. Another thing as well is the check engine light is on now and the brake make noise, which they didn't before the trip. If I knew what was causing the check engine light/brakes I'd put a report onto the carrier or mark it in the review. I have yet to check it out. So at this time I'm not going to point fingers. I'm glad to have my car, its here, but I am nervous to drive it until I figure out what's wrong with it. But maybe a suggestion would be pay the extra price to have it in an enclosed carrier. (Maybe a rock got in the brakes?). I must say again though that customer service is great, and isn't a mysterious pushy guy from foreign lands like other companies I talked too. Just maybe need to have drivers who text maybe? so there is no communication issues? Vehicle tracking would have been great.
