This is an excellent company. They are honest, prompt, and they follow through. I bought a 2009 Ford Explorer through the internet from a dealer in Pennsylvania. It was 1-owner, like new, and had only 52,000 miles on it. I wanted it delivered in good shape. I researched the auto transportation companies on the internet. Ship-a-Car-Direct had the largest number of autos transported, and the highest good reviews in comparison to complaints. They were about $75 higher than the other carriers in their class, but their reputation was stellar. Our car arrived in excellent condition. The vehicle was picked up the day after I contacted Ship-a-Car-Direct and delivered 2 days later. Communication along the way was easy. I would not ship a vehicle with anyone but Ship-A-Car-Direct if I ever need this type of service again. Be sure and watch the 3 videos on their website. These explained a lot to me and helped me understand why it's worth paying a bit more to get this class of service.
