Shipped across country

I am not one to normally leave reviews, but after reading a lot of poor ones from other companies, I figure I should give some people a glimmer of hope that shipping their car can be a positive, stress free-ish experience (leaving your car to anybody is never completely stress free). I do get a rebate for writing this review, but honestly, the amount of that rebate is minimal, and doesn't affect this review at all.
Anyway, I drove my first new car across country this summer, and needed to ship it back across. Naturally, I was really nervous about anything happening to my car. I also had to leave a few things inside, because I was flying back home, and didn't want anything to happen to that stuff either. From the getgo, when I requested a quote, Scott called me and quoted me via phone and answered any questions I had. I continued to research companies but decided this was the most positive experience I had (and the best price even if I didn't get a rebate at the end). I gave my window of when my car could be picked up, and when it could be delivered. The only thing that could be improved upon was notice as to when exactly my car was to be picked up. I got a call like 40 minutes or so before they arrived to pick up the car, rather than the night before as I was promised. But it was within my window at least. They did call me the day before about the delivery of my car in CA, and so I was able to specify a time I would be home to receive it. When it got there, the driver gave me time to wipe the dirt off the car (that would naturally happen going across country) so I could inspect it for any problems. My car was perfectly fine, and everything in the car was too. Overall good experience, and as nerve wracked as I was about leaving my nice car to people I don't know, it is a relief to know that I was in good hands (pardon the cliche). Thanks!
