Took a long time to find a transporter for my vehicle. When one was finally found they were nearly impossible to contact. When the transport showed up at the dealer he didn't have ramps for his trailer, and had to call another transport guy for ramps. I was told the truck would be delivered Sunday morning at 9am, instead he decided to deliver it at 930 pm Saturday night, now I know why he delivered it at night, the next morning I tried to drive the vehicle and the driveshaft was bent. Had the truck towed to my local dealer and they said it looked like it was dropped off the back of a trailer without ramps, I guess he never did find his ramps. Called customer service to report damage, sent in pictures of the damage and quote to fix. now they want pictures of the driveshaft before transport, well I don't have any so I guess I'm S.O.L. save your money and use a different transport service.
