We had a positive experience. The driver was very nice and although it took longer than stated, it was not avoidable since there was really bad weather. He managed to get it out of here ahead of the hurricane and then he held back a tad in order to miss the typhoon at the other end!!! The end result was a car delivered without damage. He was very careful to ensure there was no damage and it was appreciated.
