I selected Ship a Car Direct to ship my car from San Francisco to Cleveland after reading stellar reviews online and having spoken to a representative over the phone about the process. Scott was always available by email or phone and provided me with information on the process so I knew what to expect. They were able to secure an enclosed carrier for me within 30 minutes of booking! I had spoken with friends familiar with the process so I knew I would not hear from the carrier until 24 hours before my pick-up and 24 hours before delivery. The enclosed truck carrier was extremely clean by the looks of it and they were timely in their delivery. They quoted me a potential Thursday drop-off but ended up delivering the car the Sunday prior, 4 days ahead of schedule! Both my husband (on the receiving end) and I work in a hospital with late evening hours, but the carrier was able to accommodate our crazy schedule. The car and its contents arrived safely to OH and it was a smooth and seamless process. My experience was great and I would recommend to others.
