I never shipped a car across states before so maybe this is normal industry practice, but you literally do not find out when your car will be picked up until your first available date you stated. This is super frustrating if you are trying to fly once your car is picked up. I had no idea when to book my flight and ended up over paying for booking very last minute. I thought I would find out at least a week in advance. No, I found out on the day of. Other than that, my car was delivered in one piece and everything seemed to be fine.
