Great experience with tricky pickup requirements

Overall the experience was wonderful. I was called out of town at the last minute so had a tricky pickup with a coworker having to drop the car off with the driver instead of me. The service team and driver were exceptional at walking us through this and it wasn't an issue at all.

When the car was dropped off the driver wasn't able to make it to my door since the roads were too narrow. Instead we met about a mile away and once he unloaded the car he even drove it to my door (and then I drove him back to the 18-wheeler) so that I wouldn't have to walk. Exceptional service.
