I put the bid in early, apparently, because no one was interested in picking up the car until very close to the window I'd set. For those who do NOT procrastinate, this may drive you crazy, but once I understood the nature of the business, I was able to sit back and allow the broker (Ship-A-Car Direct) to do their work. The only problem I had was people asking me when my car would be picked and having to say I didn't know. Once I got that information I was able to make my plane reservation.
My car arrived on the day that had been given. Jonh was very professional.
David, from Ship-A-Car was in constant contact during the whole procedure.
I'm very pleased with the whole experience and have already recommended the company.
