Scott, the salesman in Niwot, Colorado kept assuring me that my car would be picked up on the day promised...Monday, Oct 10,2016 at the airport hotel in Denver. When I did not get any confirmation from him on a shipper and pick up date Scotty boy kept assuring me that a shipper is usually found within 5 days of the pick up date. We were flying out to home in Florida on Sunday Oct 9...shippers will not pick up on a Sunday. I called Scotty boy multiple times, left messages which were never returned and finally hit "4" to talk to his assistants...in India...who kept saying they were located in Colorado..a lie. They had no info on the carrier or confirmation but promised me SCOTT THE LIAR would call right back....never did...then they said he would not be in until Monday and would call me...never did. Out of desperation I left the car at a friends house, called E Ship Transport in Florida..within one hour they had a shipper confirmed...the car was picked up on Monday and will be here by Friday Oct .14, 2016. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCOTTY BOY..HE IS A SMOOTH TALKING LIAR.

Hi Tom, Our apologies if you were given the wrong expectations by Scott. We can not guarantee pick up by a certain date, and we will make sure next time that Scott is being clear on time frames and dates. Our sales reps are usually not in on the weekend, which is why our Customer Service team is there to help, and although they are located in Pakistan, our company is located in Colorado. Maybe there was some confusion with that, but we are glad that you were able to get your car moved. We appreciate your feedback and if you would like to try us again in the future we will waive our fee.
