The family cars (VW and Mercedes) were picked up by the carrier on a Friday evening in CA just before the big cross country move and the carrier was waiting for us at our new address when the plane landed in MN the following Wednesday evening. Open carrier so the cars were a little dirty from a rainstorm somewhere in transit (to be expected) but no damage whatsoever. The carrier was also super communicative, calling and texting with updates.
