The drivers doing my pickup did not know the city well. And, Pittsburgh is a challenge to get around due to many old and low clearance bridges. That made things very challenging. They were from out-of-state and not at all familiar with the area. I thought the ShipACarDirect people and Eric were super responsive and easy to communicate with, the scheduling and coordination went according to plan. The only suggestion I would have would be to solidify an electronic tracking mechanism to monitor that the vehicle was in fact delivered.
