I was given notice of the pickup 24 hours ahead of time, and it was exactly the date that I had requested for pickup. The driver arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated arrival time, and the whole process of loading my car onto the truck took less than 15 minutes.

Also, I was unable to be at the destination at the time of the drop-off, but that wasn't an issue as they were flexible enough to allow my mother to complete the delivery for me. All in all, very simple and easy process- much less effort than I thought shipping my car would be.
