My overall experience with Ship a Car Direct was good. Scott was very helpful and was quick to respond to my emails when I had questions.

There was one hiccup however. I had expressed that the car could be picked up no later than Friday September 23rd, and upon calling the carrier I was informed that the car would not be picked up until Saturday the 24th. Since we were leaving that Saturday morning, I had to leave my car at a new location with a friend and hope for the best. There was an apparent miscommunication between Ship A Car and the dispatcher at Empire Transport as to when my car had to be picked up, because they both put the blame on each other.

That was the only hiccup in the process, and in the end my car made it to Florida a lot quicker than expected, and the driver Jerry was very friendly and kept us updated on our transport.
