Everything was fine until the car dealer Rep in DC informed me that the driver wasn't going to drive into DC to p/u the car. Stefan didn't inform me of this!
It was a huge annoyance & inconvenience trying to coordinate a solution on my own on a Saturday- when the drivers dispatch was/is closed on weekends...didn't know that either and I wasn't able to reach Stefan by phone- doing all this in early morning Pacific Time Zone and trying to convey information to all parties included to get the car transported.
Plus I had to pay out of my pocket for a
tow.
Someone dropped the ball and my hand was forced to pick up the pieces and do someone else's job with no compensation, consideration, acknowledgement or discount.
There was information omitted which made for a not-so-good experience

Sorry to hear there was a miscommunication about your shipment to DC. If you could not reach your sales rep, we also have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. About the driver not able to drive into DC, unfortunately DC has restricted big trucks from entering number of historic neighborhoods with streets that are not designed to support heavy vehicles. We understand that it would've been better if they have informed you ahead of time. We will address this concern with the carrier in order to improve our service. Thank you for taking the time to let us know!
