I would recommend Ship a Car Direct. Our representative, Bruce, was very knowledgable, and answered all our questions.
The driver who picked up our vehicle was also very experienced, and he called an hour before pick-up and then a few minutes prior, as I was not home, and we arranged the best way for me to be home when he arrived. At drop-off in Pittsburgh, my daughter had trouble communicating with her driver (a different one than the one who picked up the car in San Diego). She needed to know exactly what time to meet the driver, and it was somewhat difficult for her to get that information.
She eventually got a two hour window, and that was met.
