Not completely Satisfied

This is the second time I'm using services from Ship a Car Direct. First time I had a very good experience. But the second time it was not as good because of the below reasons:

1] Delay in getting a carrier assigned
2] 107 miles extra on my car from the day it got picked up to the day it got delivered.
3] Last time when my experience went well, there was follow up and mails sent to write a review. But this time I got a call once, and when I told there was 107 miles additional on my car, the representative informed me that they will look into it and get back, but there is no call back since 3 weeks.
