Shipacardirect customer service was excellent with great communication with Eric. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again for future vehicle transport service needs.

Carrier Service used "An Accurate Auto Carrier " was Good.

Positive: On time pick up and promised delivery in good condition.

Negative: Driver Cezar guaranteed to call me back 2 days before to arrange delivery. I specifically told the company and driver to call prior to delivery to arrange my time off from work. I tried to call a couple times to check the status but was directed to voicemail. Unfortunately, the driver called 3 hours prior to delivery. Therefore with very limited notice, I had to find work coverage immediately which was difficult on my part. Other than that, car was delivered in good condition and as promised.
