The broker's service is great! Communicates on time and provided all the info that I need on their website. Also, if I have questions, the response is quick. Had a minor issue with the carrier - didn't pick up the car on the agreed date and didn't even communicate that it was not going to be picked up. Delivery was not done on the scheduled day either - 1 day late. Maybe they had issues with other pickups?? The car was delivered on the same condition as when it was picked up though.
