overall it was a great experience. however we had timed it to pick up before we left ohio so we could have the car on arrival in seattle. but the pick up was delayed till after we left, so we had to arrange a friend to take care of the handover. not terrible but not ideal either. rest was great and we appreciated the car coming in excellent condition, especially after a good bath
