Ship-a-car direct was really easy! Eric, our rep, was very helpful, we got everything sorted out on a 15 minute call and he was very attentive checking in after that. Our delivery driver, Sam, was extremely professional and helpful. The car arrived on time, no damages, all good! No complaints here, this was an overall pleasant experience.
