Ship a care Direct was good to deal with, lots of communication and were always available to answer any questions. The price was bumped up by $50 after the quote was received as extra incentive to get a driver to pick up the car as the pickup/delivery route was not a common one. The carrier was UZB trucking who confirmed all info with me in a timely manner.
The carrier when setting up to deliver the car said the drop off point was supposed to be in San Antonio not in the outlying community where I live.
The driver got rather upset about this 'change' and was rude.
The car was dropped off as promised however after that confrontational conversation.
The car arrived very dirty but that is to be expected when it is open transport. I just got through waxing the care yesterday and it arrived without any damage.
Overall the experience was a good one and I would recommend either company.
