I've read a lot of complaints regarding car shipping services. I've shipped many times in the past and the one thing companies can control is customer service. Pick up/delivery dates are always in flux due to many reasons and out of people's control. Matt made an effort to reach out to me as much as possible and had excellent customer service skills. I was the one who wasn't responding to emails in time. I was pretty satisfied with the overall service.
