Eric was very confident that all would go well. He came through and fully prepared me for the procedures. He was available on Saturday's and was in constant contact via email and phone. The car was delivered exactly as promised. Since I got delivery on a Sunday I was especially appreciative that he and the delivery company we able to be reached on a Sunday for working out those details. There was no damage, dirt or stolen items on my MBZ and the mileage was the same as when they picked it up. I highly recommend Eric at Ship Car Direct! (I wish he and his company would have been in charge of shipping my furniture as it is still sitting in the warehouse in my previous State).
