Overall, the experience was smooth.
The only negative to the process was that I didn't actually get the pickup date that I wanted. However, in this business, this seems to be the norm.
I've shipped my car cross country a few other times, and by far, this was the smoothest/easiest experience I- ve had. The transport company that I was assigned to was extremely professional, and delivered my car to CA w/in 6 days! No damages, delays, or drama. All you can ask for!
