The person was very helpful in contacting me when the car was getting picked up and dropped off. There was always a person to call or email when having a question and the reply was instant. This was my first car shipping experience and it couldn't have been better. I am highly satisfied with my delivery and will recommend this company to many. The car was also in perfect condition.
