I needed to transport a vehicle from New York to North Carolina with a limited pick-up window. I was in contact with Eric, my Ship a Car Direct representative, throughout the process. I had concerns about my pick-up as I had a flight scheduled and needed the car shipped before I left. Eric expedited the process and I received an email notifying me that a pick-up had been arranged the same day.
The driver was polite and accommodating and was able to deliver my car the next afternoon.
